6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

4 anchovy fillets (Lenny said we had this, right?)

2 medium shallot, coarsely chopped

2 tablespoon Champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar

2 garlic clove, peeled

2 large ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, quartered

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley

6 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon

2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

1 cup olive oil

Celery

Carrots

Sugar snap peas, trimmed

Red, yellow, and orange bell peppers, cut into 3x1/2-inch strips
