3 (29 ounce) cans diced tomatoes

6 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste

36 dry lasagna noodles

6 cups part-skim ricotta cheese

1-1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons dried parsley

3 pounds mozzarella cheese, shredded

3 loaves French bread, halved lengthwise (I could buy this and get reimbursed, or if you have other ideas, we can work with that.)

 

for tuesday:

4 (1.5 pound) salmon fillets (I'm assuming they'll need a lot more, though)

2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix, 2 cups heavy cream (probably this is just for one recipe)

For Tuesday 10/14 dinner:

whole wheat baguette

sun dried tomatoes (just a couple of cans)

Artichoke hearts (just a couple of cans) and Monday dinner is also using these

celery (Andrew oct 5)--hey Andrew! Thanks for using the wiki! I think we actually have a TON of celery in the produce and leftovers fridge, on the bottom.

green bell peppers (Andrew oct 5)--sure! the recipes so far have all used red peppers (and we have red and yellow coming Monday), but next time I'll include green as well. thanks again for editing!
