- 2.5 - 3 lbs farro (can you get this??)
~8 lbs kale

vegetable broth... can you get powdered fake chicken broth or concentrated broth (e.g. "Better than Bullion")?? or some large cans of veggie broth? Those small cans seem like a waste of materials.

- Salmon (? is this ok?) (I could do chicken if that's better/cheaper)
