for the stuffed green peppers..

enough green bell peppers to be 2 per person?

ground beef.. about 3-4 pounds (the lower the fat the better and healthier.. so like a 93/7 if we can get it?)

parsley

rice

onions

 

for the yogurt sauce

garlic,

white/plain yogurt

3-4 pounds of cucumbers

 

for the salad,

tomotoes

the green onions (seems like we already have a lot)

lettuce,

cucumbers (~2 pounds)

balsamic vinegar OR lemons
