Acorn Squash (or some other seasonal squash? Maybe not yams though, since we've had some bad luck with them recently...)

Spinach salad of some sort (I'm going to toast the extra pumpkin seeds from my last head cook. Might also use some tangerines from our tree, too. Dressing will be a vinaigrette)
Some sort of quinoa dish....maybe a cinnamon/nut/brown sugar/apple type thing?
Shams' amazingly delicious Chicken strips wrapped around dates
Tayler's amazingly delicious Banana-coconut-date dessert
