    *  6 skinless boneless chicken breast halves

    * 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

    * 2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) butter

    * 2 tablespoons olive oil

    * 1 1/2 cups plain dry breadcrumbs

    * 6 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

    * 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

    * 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary

    * Lemon wedges

4 small yellow beets 

1 1⁄2 cups Greek yogurt 

1 tablespoon chopped dill. 

    * ½ tsp of dried crushed red pepper

    * 2 large bunches Swiss chard, stems trimmed, leaves cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-wide strips

    * 10 smallish onions, minced

loads of garlic!!

    * scant ¼ cup fresh ginger root, finely chopped

    * 30 whole cloves (the spice)

    * 10 (2 inch) sticks cinnamon, crushed

    * 10 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans

(or lots of dried, soaked)

    * 5 cups chopped fresh cilantro

5 cup pecans (3 oz), toasted

6 large garlic clove

5 lbs arugula, coarse stems discarded

3 cup finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano (1 1/2 oz) 

6 lb whole wheat pasta!
